Ingredients
1 cup Teff flour
½ cup tapioca flour or gluten-free flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Mix Teff flour, tapioca flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add water and olive oil to form a soft dough.
- Spread dough thinly on baking paper to form a pizza base.
- Pre-bake for 10 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, cheese and toppings.
- Bake another 10–12 minutes until crispy.
